Doug's camping trip may be a hot one...
..there are wildfires burning all over in Central Oregon with at least one not too far from where they were supposed to be camping. They haven't had to evacuate much in that area so that's good news.
It's tinder-dry in many areas in the West/PNW.
He shoud be home tomorrow so let's hope he didn't have too exciting of a trip (and that maybe he came home in one piece this time  )

Actully I have a few left over peices

My career as a dirt bike rider is effectivley over, will have to see the out come of the surgery on monday.

lleft tibial plateau fracture, one large seperated piece and severl cracks radiatng out from the crown . Getting CT scan tommorow, but it looks like plates and screws, non weight bearing for 3 months, prolly o work a month 
someone mentioned I might be safer on a quad and that was not well recieved by my wife
