Do fish have feelings?

I think my Royal is depressed or got his feelings hurt, I got a new Occelaris and I think he took it personal.

Is there like a "fish talker" like the "Horse talker"? I dropped a couple Prozacs in the tank anyway till I get some professional help.

I might get some help for the fish too

Not sure if fish have feelings to that extent but they are normally territorial on the reef and it takes a while to get used to new surroundings
