Curacao honeymoon dive pictures
We are back and had the most excellent honeymoon and dive trip. Curacao was amazing and our hotel www.sunsetwaters.com and dive outfit www.sunsetdivers.com were both first class with astonishing service.

Here was a cute little turtle
A great moray shot
An awesome frogfish
A juvenile drum (there were all sizes all over)
And a really pretty scorpionfish

Lost my wedding ring diving off a cliff (things are replaceable)
Did some snorkeling in a cool underwater cave
Cynthia caught a lizardfish !?!  on our deep sea trolling outing
And fed some ostriches at the ostrich farm

Town was nice
The staff spoiled us
The views were priceless...dinner and the room view were similar to this
And all the girls from the Miss Teen Curacao pageant were running around
I don't know how a honeymoon or a dive trip could be better. That resort is one of the few places we plan to return too, and we made a jillion friends that we will stay in touch with and do a reunion with.

Those are great pictures Perry! Awesome diving and good eyes picking out the frog fish and the scorpion fish all in the same trip. That is definitely a trip worth remembering and going back to do again and again as you celebrate many anniversaries together.

Not worried a bit George. We got her a stellar one to match her engagement ring in Curacao with sapphires, and I am wearing her temp wedding ring on my pinky.
We have insurance, and will get up to Breck and get me a new one next weekend.
Both of us are pretty happy so far. At least the ring is the only calamity this trip. Well we did get stuck too. Willemsted is split into two halves with a floating bridge and ferries, and they went on strike during our afternoon visit and left us stuck on the wrong side.

We also had our honeymoon in Curacao & dove
Stayed at the Sheraton. There was a grotto enclosed by the pier. Go off inside & 25-35' of water. Go off the otherside & it went down to 300-400'. I had to take their word, went down to 110' & there was a shelf, then blackness as it kept going
My avatar is a coral from Curacao (not red white & blue of course)
But it was a heart shaped coral
