Good morning, everyone 
Starting off with cocoa today.
coffee, oatmeat with golden raisins, brown sugar and cinnamon on top.

-16 here in the heartland. However I get to travel to Chi town today to check on ailing Mom and help Dad out with some stuff he needs done- including corrdinating Dr's. Fun fun.
I have a few hours before Ben comes home so I can leave. cold day here too - I mean it's not really a snow day is it?!

Well, I have to go into the doctor Today, having problem with my left foot, Been like this for the past 2 months. been working so many hours, I didn't want to take time off from work, then once I got time off I was hoping it would get better. well it seem like it was and then just got worst. The pain woke me up last night. I was lucky to get an appointment today.

Man you folks have some cold weather. It is supposed to get up to 39 here and I am not complaining.
Hopefully this will be a quiet day with my pets behaving.
