Cochlear implant repair shop?

Ok this is totally off topic but I have a friend who has a cochlear implant. Well the part that goes over her ear has two parts, a controller and something else. The two parts are made of plastic (looks like a hearing aid) and they "snap" together by twisting to lock. Then the connection is made. Well the plastic parts on the "female" end broke off so it won't lock together. We tried tape but it didn't hold the two pieces together tight enough to make a proper connection. Does anyone have any suggestions other than tape (and NO glue stick!!)
She is pretty upset and it is late and I am tired but I feel really bad for her

Her surgeon that placed it should be able to make recommendations or
try contacting a local school for the deaf and see if they can help.

They are awesome implants though!!!!!! I'm sure she's lost right now without it.
My Dad went 30+ years with basically no hearing and all of a sudden he could hear the clock ticking - amazing

Well no luck on getting it fixed. We are just talking a lot louder in the house!
She will be going home Tuesday and will get it fixed there.
It was a pretty funny sight though last night us trying to tape the thing together! I am sure not what the manufacturers had in mind
