Thanks Dick, thats the keeper out of a shoot I did about 3 weeks for Eryn. Shot on Minolta XD11 using the latest Kodak B&W film that processes in C-41, meaning you can shoot Band W and get one hr prints. Shot at ISO 400 and enlarged to 11x14 it has a nice grain that tends to lend to the ethereal effect. The contrast is a little harsh, but then it was shot with 2 lamps and a reflector worklight. i miss my old multi flash setup.
There was some background detail in the original(shadow and back of couch) the was eliminated by the whiteout vignette, creating a beautiful effect. I will try and scan our 8x version of it later on
