We used to have a very nice Sunday evening chat thing. I have no idea what happened to that.
The daily thing didn't really catch on, but the daily M'Ville thread is the next best thing.

I think the IRC chat died a few years ago, as the upgrades happened it was harder to find anyone who was IRC savvy to maintain the room. We have a site based ongoing chat but it never really rook off like the sunday nite funfests

Well maybe if someone IRC savvy were to create and maintain a room, we could try it again, I miss the old sun nite sessions, but then I work till 9 pm on sundays

I know how to set up channels and I'd be happy to walk you through it step by step.
However ... #thereeftank is still there on afterx.net. I'm in there right now looking at reefbot ...

Need someone to create another room and op a few key people, I think that was one of the reasons I quit going, the auto op thing quit working and too many oddballs crashed the room. Bill-e kinda faded away so we couldn't get issues solved

Is there anyway your IRC cop friends can get us op priveledges in that room again or do we have to create a new one? I miss IRC chat, I was used to it and just don't care for other chat systems

Are you familiar with mIRC Perry? You have to download the chat client if you son't have it already then find the server the room is hosted on
