Bob, two stearing wheels...Ummm I guess it's really designed for parent and child, with the parent controlling the cart, and the kid hanging on for dear life.
Why the driver is on the R I don't know. We had lots of fun. I had a time reaching the pedals, and getting out of the cart was tricky since I had on a dress

if that wasn't scary enough, the fact that there's 2 women behind both only adds to fear factor! the men are so fearfull that they will attempt to pass on the outside says enough! i think even dale would be intimidated!
