Call me BEEFCAKE

So i have been looking for a good workout routine and i was wondering if anyone out there has any good ones. I am looking for a good full routine to follow so i can loose the kegger i am slowly developing. I found Arnold S's workout but i think that would kill me if i followed it to the letter.

change your diet first. Its hard but it works. Kick the fast food and sodas. A few weeks of eating right will not only take pounds off but will give you energy to workout. Drink lots of water. Drinking cold water burns a low amount of calories too

Jogging is a great workout and its free. Begin with a 15-20 stretching warmup. Stretching is very important. jog 15 min every 2-3 days for a week and 20-25 every 2-3 days for the second week and so on.

Ditto on the change of diet. Perry's plan works, but there are some good Pilate DVDs out

I have been eating quiznos salads for one month solid now for lunch and dinner. I have lost 10 lbs with out breaking a sweat. I still eat burgers and chicken wings on the weekends and have a few beers. My eating habbits have changed also. I find myself eating less and less as I stick to the salad diet since I no longer binge eat

How old are you? This matters a lot! I used to be able to drop weight very easily, but the older you get; the harder it gets. I am only 31 and have noticed a difference.

The best advise is what Perry said. You need to exercise. If you are not used to running start with walking...take your time...it is gonna hurt! I run 20-25 min every other day and do just enough weights to get a little burn...each day I do a different body part (just about 15 to 20 min). I am in the same boat as you so good luck! And trust me...don't bother with the fad diets, they work short term, but it is impossible to maintain. I did the low-carb diet and lost about 25-30 lbs before my wedding, but as soon as I started eating pasta and other carbs it all came back...that was just a short term fix for me. Now I need to focus and do it right.

Again, good luck!
