broken wrist

Well just thought id share with you guys. Wed... i broke my left wrist at work. i was drill soffit holes for venting. i did not know that anything happened until after work. i was drilling the holes and the hole hawg got away and took my wrist for a ride. after that i told the foreman that i really messed up my wrist only thinking i spraned it. well i worked the whole day in pain not knowing anything. went home and still it hurt like hell. so i decide to go get some x rays and sure enough i broke it.
so i have had a sucky couple days...from going to doc appointments to not having any fun.
i did not notice how hard it is to do the everyday things, like it takes twice as long to take a shower, botton pants, etc. so it sucks all and all!.

clh

Got one of those...didn't even know it until it got picked up on a nuclear medicine test for my elbow (well minus the olecranon from a motorcycle crash). Had a couple of broken fingers as well.

Hang in there and you will heal up fine..just when you get to be an OFR and wonder why everything hurts remember all that stuff.

Boy howdy on all this catching up with advanced age
From my personal experience, if you consider wrist and knee braces and a secret stash of vicodin normal first aid kit items, you may be playing or working to hard
