Breaking A Bad Habit!

I have not had a Cig since sunday at noon, has not been easy but is getting better. My doctor gave me some Nicotrol and they seem to help. I think I can do it.

Thank's Rotties , I have over the years cut back from 2 to 1 pack a day. I think I can do it , My wife and Kids are happy and have been wanting me to stop. I never smoked indoors so that was a help.

I heard that nicotine was harder to give up than heroin. Good luck with it..that is a killer and even worse expensive.

Good luck Vince, its a B**** , to I had quit for 7 months and only started back up after my surgery and 2 month s off from work. Didnt help that I was on drugs, bored beyond tears and my daughter was down to "babysit" me, started with sneaking "just one hit"

You would think after setting people up on oxygen for 16 yrs it would be easy but hang in there man

Very well met!

I wonder if you can find a nicotine anonymous meeting by seeing a bunch of folks standing outside drinking during the breaks.
