I'm off but being off is getting old now, tomorrow will be 3 weeks for me and I have not been giving another project to work on yet. still waiting for one to come up.

What do you mean another project? What do you do for a living?

I have today off, Whiskey! I went on a leisurely run this morning, and I bagged up some frags that I'm delivering on my way to the other side of town (note; Houston is large, it's about 75 miles from one end to the other of the greater Houston area) while we plan on visiting our good friends and their kids.

I been working on the Gustav clean up in Baton rouge for the past 4 months, I'm still on this one waiting for them to decide if we are done or need more work to be done.In the mean time I am waiting to transfer over to some other project. they put you where they need you at any giving time.
This is all pretty new to me so many of the project managers don't know me yet. So don't even know I exist. But all the ones that do know me are trying to get me placed some place

We have visitors here that need access to the network and printers.

Well - I found printers for them,.. but the network thing I'm going to need some passwords and procedures for - hehe,.. I guess this is pretty neat in a way - I get an idea of what being an IT guy would be like before I ever even figure out where I would go for training .

It's nothing to do with the military, It's private working on commercial and government jobs, The Gustav was government working under local government and FEMA

ONly Cardinals I know about play baseball
but um cool!!!!

Mom is well.... not dying, but not really getting better. Physically she just needs her Gall bladder removed and some PT to strengthen weakened muscles from lack of use and she's good to go.... BUT Mom has a less than positive/ realistic outlook on life soooo it makes life more complicated than it needs to be. I know that doesn't paint a very coherent picture, but I am not sure what else to say to clarify.

I try to help[ Dad out in making smart choices and communicating effectively with the 4 DR's on her case, but he just wants her to come home and that clouds his ability to make sound judgements sometimes.

All I know is it leaves me pretty tired and drained. So today I am going to play guitar hero with my kids and school there rear ends!!!!!!

Well they used to be the St. Louis football cardinals, but then they moved to Phoenix. Have fun playing the video games.
