Any WoW players here?
I have been playing since feb and I must say that is has got be the best game I have ever played. It is so much fun. I have even got my wife into playing it. I have a lvl 46 Warrior and a lvl 17 Warlock.

World of Warcraft, it is a online game. It was rated the most addicitve game for 2005. It has several million players all over the globe.

Is this a free game or do you have to pay? My son and I play www.runescape.com and it's free... you can up grade and pay $5 a month... but I dont. |

I just picked it up on Saturday but I forgot to buy one of the subscription cards. I'm going to try and get back to BestBuy this weekend to get the card.

No **** My daughter was married to an Evercrack addict and that was a bust, I have a few friends that wish they never heard of WOW. My grandson is hooked on Runescape, he has to come out one weekend day a month to work off his upgrade fees
I am not a puter gamer, at least since they never upgraded Descent to run in Windows, man it would smoke on this XP box

 Been there, done that! I've been through quite a few MMPORG's, from Ultima Online, Everquest, Asheron's Call, WoW, EQOA, just to name a few. All of them suck the life outta you for at least several months. Then you wake up a bit, and realize that you haven't moved out of your chair for the last 6 days, and there is something green growing on the pile of munchie wrappers by the computer monitor!
Right now only have time, and $$$, for one addiction! At least this one keeps me moving a bit more.

You brought it up. I came to this mountain with a girl smarter than I that got a 4.0 average at the University of Alabama. She is now a "guild officer" on some forum and her warlock is awesome.
She does not shower or feed herself and some married guy on that game is stringing her along.
All I can do is offer a one way trip with a packed truck to anyplace but here.
Enjoy the game. If you are in school or work or have a relationship set your priorities though. If you are 23 and your mom supports you then raid every night.
I have a level 60 paly and play in moderation and will never have all that purple armor. Be careful..please and especially if someone you love is involved.

yea you have to remember the real world is out there. There are a few in my guild that no matter when you are on they are on. I think they don't log out for days at a time. Some of them will have a lvl 60 in every type of chara. It is so fun I can see how people ruin there lives.

Thank goodness my sons aren't super serious gamers...they're happy with Halo 1 & 2 on Xbox Live and Diablo on line....and that takes up enough of their time!
