No experience with Godzilla but saw a few documentaries on it. That turtle in the movie might be a good terrarium-mate.

You mean ranching is not profitable?
Darn it another scheme out the window. I do want a Llama even if I cannot afford all the sheep. In Hong Kong though I am not sure if we could afford real estate for a chihuahua. Looks like flyover country for us.
Post a pic of that critter when you get a chance.

My neighbor has Llamas, I guess I will have to count them after you leave if you get by here

what type of chameleon is it?
they are pretty cool but can have some major things you need to do to keep them going. panthers are far the best looking i have seen or dealt with. but a headacke to get a live for a long periode.

In New York state to get the tax break you only need the land to be worked by a farmer to qualify. My family (Grandfather's day) had large farm in upstate NY. after it was no longer a working farm my parents let another farmer harvest the hayfields and that allows them to get the tax break.
of course this is your "hobby" you can setup however you would like. Send pictures would like to see how the pasture scaping is coming out

Actually I get a BIG tax break on the 8.5 acres the house doesnt encumber because its considered woodland so the tax rate is <$60 a year unless I harvest trees commercially.
The taxes on the 5+house run about $750 a year so I dont think I can complain
