Here is the update.

Bucky got booted, but he has been on the bubble along with Ace and Elliot for a while. Ace and Elliot just need to poof as quickly as possible. Gwen might still have a crush on beanie boy, but everyone else is sick of him.

Katherine was there once which was a fluke.

Kelli is not a great singer but so dang adorable that everyone is in love with her, except for those that like the Mary Ann type over Ginger who like Katherine. Katherine is by far the superior singer. Both of them should make the final four.

Our soul queen Paris who is only 17 or so is hanging in there though, but not getting her jazz queen song categories.

Chris is just a powerhouse and should win this thing. He keeps on just ripping and despite his rocker image has a huge range.

Taylor Hicks is just a blast, and needs the right song to explode. His Queen song and dancing were just incredible and so unique.

Whew........did I leave anything out?

I think that was an EXCELLENT summation...and really have nothing to add.

Just coincides with my thoughts of WANTING Taylor to win (to see how it would shake up the music industry...which could USE a really good shaking up!)...but knowing...Chris will end up winning.

I call it as Chris, Kathrine, and Taylor as the final three. Taylor goes next, then Chris will win it in the end.

She is probably the most overlooked one there. Rod Stewart, country and Queen weeks are fine, but I hope she gets her week to shine and this needs to be fair to everyone.

Personally, I think this past week was the best week EVER. Amazing...I have my likes and dislikes, but even those I don't like I think did great.

Ace is gone..and I didn't loose any sleep....whodda thunk it?

Perry...up until post #70, I would have thought us long lost twins (which according to my bi-polar mother...I actually have one...but anyways).

I understand the whole Elliot lacks personality thing...but man. I REALLY like that guy. I think he's the best voice on there.

ANd I gotta disagree with you on Paris. I REALLY can't put my finger on it...but there's just SOMETHING about her I don't like. At the beginning of the season, I loved her. So cute...amazing vocally...but as the weeks went on...while she was still amazing vocally...there's just something I can't put my finger on. Not a fan anymore. I'm starting to think she has split-personalities...or something. For some reason, I just get a very unstable vibe from her.

And Taylor goes before Kelli? no way!!

so as I was saying...think we both were definitely in agreement until post #70! hahaha

But that said...I think you're mostly right on the order (dispite MY preferences)...with ONE exception:

Elliot, Paris, KELLY, Taylor, Katherine and yes...I think Chris will win (barring some feat of stupidity)
