$$350 Million Dream

I was just on the way to buy my retirement ticket, I mean lottery ticket and I was just thinking... I know of the big huge tank the guy near Chicago is building. BUT has anyone ever built a swimming pool reef that a person could scuba or snorkle in???

I heard someplace near or in Chicago was doing something like that
designed for scuba divers in mind, pay your 10$ to do a lap or 2

I think it's all fake corals, but the thought counts
I don't know if it ever got out of the design phase

i think sea world in florida has a reef you can snorkle in, not sure if its real coral or not either. but pretty neat to swim with dolphins and tangs without the other worries of a real reef.
