Way to go, Casey! Steve would say the same thing, and he enjoys doing puzzles, too. We have done a few together...one is a large undersea that we glued and framed. Very fun!

Here's my variation on puzzles:

Fully disassemble a 1911A1, a Pocketlite Mustang, and an FN HiPower for good measure. Throw all the parts in a soft-cloth bag, shake gently, pour gently out onto a table, then try to reassemble.

Works great for stress.

Great Job!! what subjects do you like? i get puzzle catalogs all the time here. i can hunt one down for you, or i will get you a web page for them.

i used to be a wicked puzzler. i still have two 3000 and an 8000 to do. when they start getting that big it is hard to find the room!

people used to bet me how long it would take to do a puzzle. i used to be able to do a 1000 piecer in 2-3 hours. this was without looking at the picture except to take the pieces out!

Hey, other puzzle junkies. Cool my favourite was one I did last christmas -- a pic called legends, with elvis, marilyn, bogart and jimmy dean playing pool. Only 1500 but fun.

Working on one now that's making me cross-eyed, it's by an artist that does 'hidden' subjects in her paintings, this one is a bunch of brown and white pinto horses against brown rocks with white snow... like I said, cross-eyed

i love puzzles, just don't have the patience for them
my hubby would say the same thing about the other "p" word, if he wouldn't i would not have married him...its just not our 'thing' *shudder* *nervous laugh*

Those are some nice ones Casey the one with the Toucan would look neat in a polynesian style room- just for fun, like a themed dinner party.

Gotta understand we don't see a lot of "island style" around here 'cept for special occasions

oh, wait, there's the darned pink flamingos in the front yards...how could i forget
