One of my old buddies got a few sliders as eggs and raised them. At one point he had not dining room table because he had a turtle pond in his dining room

Over the years I have had a few turtles, a dozen anoles, house and leopard geckos, a dozen species of frogs, VIetnamese water dragon... and a few fish

THe baby snapping turtle I had for a few months and donated it to a high school biology class.

Did I ever tell you about the time Brasky went hunting? Well anyway, Brasky decides he's gonna hunt down all four members of the Banana Splits. He stalks and kills every one of them with a machete. They all beg for their lives, except Fleagul.

I have a buddey that grew up in Florida that said neighborhood kids killed anoles by the hundreds. He was flabergasted that they were sold as pets up north.
