WTB - New (or nearly new) 150W DE AB 10K bulb

I want to purchase a new or nearly new 150W DE AB 10K bulb. The one I have is new but is slightly pulsing w/ an IceCap 150W ballast. I need to figure out if it is my bulb or the ballast or the combination.
