i have a DIY MH setup, it is built into the canopy right now, but can be taken out, it includes a standard m59 ballast ( older type, in a large metal housing, probrably used in a lare warehouse) the wiring cords and the socket. it is in a 4ft metal canopy, but is easily removed.

Thanks for all the offers. I ended up ordering a new one from Ocean Encounters. $189 and it comes with a bulb.
