WTB 400 watt Blue Line E-Ballast

I would like to buy one outright or have some stuff to trade. I have a natural wave pump timer to make ocean currents and 2 protein skimmers if anyone is interested.

Picked up the e-ballast recently. The wave timmer was an extra which I found a use for finally. It seems to work well but tends to burn out pumps from the starting and stopping.
