Relocating, must sell it all!

Due to a relocation I need to sell both a 75G tank with black wood stand that I have in storage, as well as my complete 90G reef tank. I am looking for both advice & offers as to the best way to go about this. I will be advertizing in the local paper, but am also looking for alternatives. I know Fish stores many times will take things in exchange for store credit. How common is it for a store to take in fish or live rock or live sand and pay cash for those items? Also, if anyone on the board is interested in anything listed here, please let me know & I will reply with my e-mail address. I am currently living in Marlton, NJ, which is just outside of Philadelphia.

75G AGA tank. Black wood AGA stand & dual plastic tops w/flor lights. This was all purchased at Petsmart approx 2 years ago, but stored empty for the past year when I upgraded to my 90G.

The following was all purchased between 1-1-02 & 3-1-02
90G AGA tank w corner overflow
Oak Grain AGA wood stand & matching hood w/hinged top.
Icecap 660 Ballast w/4 X 110W VHO's mounted in hood
Aqua Medic Turbofloater Protien Skimmer w/Rio 2100 pump
Mag Drive 7 pump
Misc powerheads

Pair of Gold Striped Maroon CLownfish
3" Foxface (DOES eat bubble algea)
Pair of Bangii Cardinal fish
1 skunk cleaner shrimp
1 hammer coral
yellow polyps
approx 75lbs of misc live rock with good corraline growth
approx 200lbs of live sand originally started w/southdown & seeded with infauna kit & now loaded with pods & worms.

SOrry for the length, but any help with pricing, or a better way to do this is appreciated
