Live Rock and Live Sand for sale

I have around 250lbs of live rock from mixed sources- marshall figi, various rock from exoticfish.com, anchofish.com, SF etc and approx 400lbs of live sand that has been seeded from ipsf, inland, and various peoples tanks. asking $2/lb for the rock and $1/lb for the sand. Located in Minneapolis.
