Large Fancy System for Sale

I'm asking $5500. Going to try the easy route first. At this time do not ask if I’ll split.

Volume
400 Gallons
180G – Standard Glass Show, Dual overflows, 2 – Ύ Supplies, 2 –1” Returns. 3 Extra holes drilled for CL. Has some scratches.
100G – Rubbermaid sump, used as a cryptic zone.
150G – Rubbermaid Fuge, used to grow Macro and to house skimmer.

Lighting
3X – 400W 20K Radiums on DIY Ballast, M135 and Pulse Start. 3 months on bulbs.
3X – Lumenarc Reflectors
2X – 250W 10K Don’t remember brand, but trendy and expensive. New.
2X – 48” URI Actinic on PFO Ballast
2X Custom MoonLights, LumiLed LEDs and controllable
3X – Extra Reflectors, not Lumenarcs, spyders I think.

Flow
Main Return – Dolphin Aqua Sea 4500 w/ Marine Seals, 1 year old
Closed Loop – Sequence Barracuda 4500, basically new
4X – Tunze 6100 on Magnetic holders, one is bad Roger is great at helping, $50 fix most likely.
1X – Tunze 7095 Multicontroller w/ moon
2X – Ύ Seaswirls for return pump

Chiller/Heaters
Aquamedic 1/2H chiller- has redundant built-in controller
1000W total heaters
1X – Medusa HC-100 Dual Stage Controller for above

Ca Reactor
1X – MTC PRO CAL w/ Blueline Pump, replaced ARM last month
20lb CO2 Tank, filled last month
Regulator
Precision Needle Valve
Solenoid
Check Valve

Ozone
1X - Red Sea AquaZone Delux 200, Probe, Dryer, Extra beads, and air Pump inc.

pH
1X – Milwaukee monitor, probe is good but due for replacement

RO/DI
1X - Kent Marine Deluxe Hi-S Maxxima 35 GPD System,
.5 micron Sedimant filter need replacement
1micron carbon block as well
TFC is 1 year old - good
Plenty of extra GAC
RedHat Solenoid

Automated dual TopOff THIS is the schematic. It is very easy to operate, you do nothing except keep the floats and MJ1200s clean.

Skimmer, Fluidized Bed Reactor, and Kalk Reactor
All built by H2OENG - H2OENG
Skimmer is run by Iwaki MD70RLT
Fluidized Bed – MAG5
Kalk Reactor– MJ1200

Live Rock
Well over 200lbs from various places. It has been cooked and in my BB since last July. It is very clean, detritus really does not collect with the flow but fallout is still minor. Once a week I'll vacuum. Most rock has been in an aquarium for over 5 years.

SPS
Only a few rare pieces
2X - Clams about 5" each, Maxima and Crocera

Automation
Siemens PLC 226 - controls all timed events. S/W, PPI cable are all included. I'll throw in a PC, monitor and K/B so you can set up internet browsing and paging.

Belimo Damper Actuators- Turns Tunze into a sweeping pump like SS. PLC or simple timer controls this device. I have instructions for install.

SmartFan 180V800, Here is the link. I have instructions for install.

MISC
3x - 200G Kent Salt
TigerShark Cleaning Mag
3X spare reflectors
Macro
5X - MJ 1200
1X - Acro Shears
TDS Meter
ATC Refractometer
MAG 3600 - Needs impeller and cap.
LaMotte - Ca, PO4, Alk, Mg
Supplements - Mg, Turbo Ca, Kalk, Lugols
Lighting for Macro
CoolPix 950 camera
6 Old 400W Bulbs for whatever
Heatsinks for DIY Ballast
Numerous LumiLed LED Lighting assemblies

There is a lot more just too trivial to list though.

This is a very High-end system, it took me 6 years to get here. New job requires too much overtime and travel, and as a conscientious reefer I can't allow the tank to wither over time. I cried as I typed all this, please request pics if you know what your doing. If you ask me to part out now and it comes to that I will ignore you.

Thank you all,
Charles
