FS/ FT Icecap 430 VHO retro

I have this lighting system (Include IceCap ballast, acrylic mounting bracket/plate, brand new german endcaps, brand new wiring harness with quick disconnect ) kept in my garage and was never been installed Since, i decided to go with 400 20k radiums, I have all the brightness that i need to statisfy my livestock. I'm asking $120 for this set up or will trade for a Nurce Top off unit. Located in SF Bay Area.
