65 gallon reef for sale loaded cheep!!!!

I have a beautyfull 65 gal reef with a 30 gall living refugiam and a 10 gallon sump. This reef has been running for about 3 years and has been very well maintained. Recantly I have not had any time for the reef and it is slowly starting to show. The tanks are in perfect shape. The 65 was new when I started the project and it still looks new now. I built bolth of the hoods and they are both real nicely made with finish ply painted black and glossed. The 65 has a store bought stand and the 30 has no stand it is sitting on a table that is not included.
view this reef at craigslist http://portland.craigslist.org/for/64291015.html.

This system is unique with the live refugiam. The way it works is simple the reef drains to the refugiam, and it drains to the sump. Most of the refugiams I have seen are hidden under the tank rather than beside it. In the refugiam I keep live stock that are not so reef frindly but still cool enough to have. In the past I have had things like large hermits, anemonies, spiny urcthant, decorator crabs, and so on. Now it just has lots of hair algie a britle star that is at least 12 inches across, one large anemonie, one tomato clown fish, two very large snails, one spiny urcthant, and several hundred miceds and copapods ect.

THE REEF
In the reef I have at least 75lbs of live rock, lots of thriveing corals, at least 12 diffrent kinds and lots of each. There are several snails and hermits (needs more though), one camel shrimp, one pepermint shrimp, one emerald crab, one fether duster, one (good) black and white sea slug, a beautyful purple and green tube anemonie, three cardonals are the only fish in the reef, and I am sure I have left several items out but you can count on at least this much stuff.

THE SETUP (Reef and refugiam)
This set up includes, but is not limited to:
One 175 watt haligon with 10k bulb 2 months old
Three regular 48in floresent ballast with 2 actinic blue bulbs and one 10k bulb.
Two 36 inch 55 watt compact floresents.
One 36 inch 35 watt compact floresent.
Two sump overflow boxes.
One S.Q.I.D. water surk device.
One 401 powerhead.
Two 301 powerheads.
Two timmers for lights.
hand made sump and bio balls( very nicely made)
Large return pump in sump (forgot name)
55 gollon can for mixed water

This list is far from complete I am sure but I gives you an idea of what I have to offer I have investe well over 3k and for a quick sale I am asking $ 750.00 O.B.O.
Please feel free to make any offers cash or trade!!
