180 Acrylic for sale

180 Gallon Reef Tank For Sale

Sadly I must part with my beloved pride and joy. I will be graduating college soon and the prospect of moving a 1 Ton hobby around for the next few years as I settle in my career is just not probable. This setup is simply awesome and cost much more then I am asking. (Don’t worry I will be getting a smaller tank to stay in the hobby)

Includes the following: (Setup less then 2yrs old)

-Tank-180 Acrylic Aquaview Tank (72x24x24)
Tank is designed to be a room divider so one of the short sides is black acrylic and has a built in overflow, I had it up against a wall with a black background taped to it so it looks good either way. Some minor scratches, it is acrylic, nothing major.

-Stand- Oak stand made by Aquaview (72x24x30)
Stand has solid back so it can be used as a room divider as well. Very nicely built and furniture quality.

-Canopy- Oak Metal Halide Canopy (72x24x15)
Canopy was custom built so it could hold metal halides but does not have an enclosed back so if you would like to use the tank as a room divider either put something along the back of the canopy or possibly take it to a woodwork shop. Canopy is color matched to stand.

-Filtration- Sump/Refugium
I will include the custom sump and refugium with the tank. It is approx 40 gallons total and works awesome, once the tank cycled the refugium has exploded with copepods and tons are even in the main tank.

-Lighting- Dual Ballast 400w MH
Additionally I will include a wired Dual 400 watt MH unit with reflectors and mounts already hooked up in the hood, you may have the bulbs as well but they are over a yr old. (Advance Ballast)

I am asking $1400 or best offer (not willing to part out)

Feel free to email me with questions or to request pictures, the pictures will have items that are not for sale in them since they are of the tank setup.

Thanks,

Cormac
