Shutting down Reef tank in MN - everything goes

Shutting down my 7 year old reef...

Everything is priced comparable to other listings on this site, but feel free to make offers on anything or everything:

Fiji Live Rock - Approximately 80 lbs of live rock in this tank. Originally purchased from Jeff's Exotic about 7 years ago. For the past two years, the tank has been operating with no predators (fish, snails, etc) so anything that can live on live rock is living on this live rock! There is a bit of algae on those rocks closest to the MH light, but nothing your cleanup crew won't take care of in short order... $2/lb (sale pending)

Live Sand/Aragonite - Again, well established, lots of things crawling around in there. $1/lb (sale pending)

Red Sea Berlin Skimmer - rated 25-250 gallons - triple pass - has been used as primary system skimmer over the years. $50 (SOLD)

IceCap 250W MH electronic ballast - used for past two years approx 4 hrs per day. $75 (SOLD)

Mag Drive 12 pump - used main system pump. $50

Wavemaster Pro - Channels 1 and 3 are NOT operational (maybe you know how to fix it?) - $20

Oceanic 58 Tank- Oak Color, Oceanic Stand, Custom Wood Top with MH and 2 NO flourescent sockets. Tank is in good shape- not drilled or reef ready. Oceanic Stand has been customized by turning the stand around and using the wide open back for sump access while adding two large oak doors. Custom Top is massive and I've added nothing to the price for it- take it if you want- includes MH socket, two flourescent sockets, two cooling fans, wiring to hook up to ballasts, power strips, etc. It is finished to match the oak of the stand and tank. Homemade reflectors are in poor shape, but this whole hood could up updated with commerical reflectors and it would be pretty sweet. This hood is custom sized to fit the 36x18 Oceanic. All for $100 (sale pending)

IMed Gemini PC-2 infusion pump - This is when you know you have really gone too far in DIY land. This is a medical infusion pump that you can use to dose chemicals. This unit works expecially well for two part additives since it has two independantly operated channels. It can be difficult to keep air out of the lines, but if you know how to deal with that, this thing works, and is very precise. check it out on ebay if you want to see some pictures and descriptions. Do NOT use this for medical purposes! $50

Just an update on the sale of items, since the board wouldn't let me edit the original message any more...
