Icecap 430 and Power Compact Retros
I got 2 "new" icecap 430 ballasts. These were sold to me as new but the harnesses are cut down to about 12". There are no marks on them at all and no indication they have ever been used. I did test them and they work fine. I will consider trades.

I also have 4 96w powercompact retros 2 50/50 and 2 dual atinic. These are Current-USA retros. 100-150 ea online I will sell for 75 each. buy all 4 an Ill throw in a extra NEW dual daylight bulb
