It includes the ICE CAP 660 electronic Ballast. All the Wiring needed. Waterproof endcaps. Individual Reflectors, and a ballast heat sink.

This is a very bright fixture, and Megan kept, Softies, LPS, SPS, and Clams under it, in a 18 inch deep tank.

I paid $360 for it with bulbs.
