1 external ballast used for 3 years for powering 2 straight pin power compact 24W bulbs. I have switched to T5s and no longer need the extra wattage. Good condition.

And to reply to Fatboys' comment about the lack of description... how do you describe a black ballast with black wires, with no identifying information on it? I bought it used myself 3 years ago, and used it 2 years without problems except for replacing the internal fan 1X.
