So what do you think of this idea...

So do you think anyone would trade me a 120gal RR for a 125 AGA non RR and a brand new 75 AGA non RR? I don’t think anyone here would do it but I may post this around to see if I get any takers….

I like a 6’ tank but when I look at the fish I would want along with coral growth I expect (and hope for) I am still limited. So I figure go with a 24” deep tank over the 18” depth to get a better environment for the coral and adjust the fish accordingly….I can’t buy anything right now due to baby #3 coming next month. And I can’t do a 180 or bigger…

I am thinking way too much and getting nothing accomplished…..

Tanks

You may find someone that would do this. But if it were me, I would rather have a shallower tank since it would require less lighting and save electricity. Also a wider shallower tank will have a larger water-to-air surface area for better heat dissipation and C02 dissipation.

Just my 2 cents...a lot also depends on your preference.
