Lyretail Anthias
I was thinking of getting one i love the color. Are they peaceful, easy to take for and would they get along with my tank mates of a pair of clowns and yellow watchman goby.

I have a small school of 1 male and 3 female. The males can be somewhat aggressive to the females so it is recommended to keep a group of females if you want both. I'm not sure how the male would be without the females to keep him busy, he is constantly herding them together. I only feed them once every other day or so with the rest of the fish and they are fat and happy except for one female that was very small when I got them, she is still very small.
One female
two females and the male

MG...nice pics. I have a pair of squimmipinis anthias...I think the are also called lyre tail. They need to be fed periodically throughout the day unless you have a refugium that generated pods and other small critters that they feed on all day.
I agree you should buy a pair. Once acclimated these fish are very peaaceful and a beautiful addition to anyone's tank.

No you can keep one male and 1 female but the male might harass the female a bit much, you can always add another female if this happens. Let me know if you want a couple and I can order them with mine to save on shipping

No set time when I get them....whenever. Maybe we can all do a GB on fish.
I think you will be fine with 3 of them in a 65. I was at someones house and they had a 210 gallon or so and they had 1 male and 1 female and had no problems but that is also a larger tank and the female had lots of room to hide if the male was to much. These fish are great! I have had dispars before and I like these MUCH better. They are brighter and they all were out in the open after the first day. I added 5 of them and all survived, the dispars seemed to not do as well and I would always lose 1 or 2 of them. They also eat everything I throw at them.
