Home made fixes?


So what can I use to take the place of a retail product like Joes Juice? I ran out and I see a few aiptasia in the temp tank….any idea's?

Do you dose kalk? Can make a kalk paste and cover them with that. It should kill them. I have never tried this, but seen several threads that it works. That said, I don't remember if it is supposed to be a paste (mixing a little water with the powder) or a concentrated liquid that you inject into them.

hmm no I dont but I need some "stuff" anyway and I can p/u some kalk while I am at it. So just butter it on in a thick form...I like how I can squirt on the juice and watch them die (sick I know) I can try the paste out for sure and in a thin form.

Any other Ideas out there?

I've used boiling water and lemon juice and squirted them with a syringe full of the stuff, it seemed to knock out a couple I had
