Redneck reef build

You'll see the reason for the redneck title...we used everything from duct tape to 2x4's and old plywood to piece it all together.
When I bought the tank and stand, which is a 92 corner I didn't think to measure my front door. We had to tap off the front trim to get it thru the door.Click image for larger version

Then we called the LFS where we bought it and had them give us the measurments so Robert could build a custom sump/refugium. Lets just say they can't measure. The LFS was 4" short on what they quoted the openings at. So we had to remove the front panel between the doors to get the sump in - only then the door wouldn't shut. so we did a lift mod to the sump and jacked it up on 2x4's and plywood we had on hand and sat it on the inside ledge of the supports. Viola the door now shuts!Click image for larger version

After all the ups and downs it all came out fine and I"ll still have space for the skimmer I'm waiting on to be shipped.
Here are the rest of the pics:

That is a cool sump. I have never seen one like that before. Perfect for a corner tank. All looks great.

Good looking tank and I like the sump! Makes great use of the available space.

How long has the tank been up and running?
