I forgot to mention again... THE FIGHTING CONCH IS STILL ALIVE. God that is so gross... cool, but gross. I just went back in my blog's archives and looks like we've had him over 2 years... is that normal!?!?!?
I'm going to try to do more research this week on what the incoming tank has, and needs. That way I can plan to get a filter as soon as possible. I counted up the Boutique Pet Shop credit today and we have right around $100.

Our bicolor blenny died a week ago. I was feeding him half a cube of mysis, every other day. He was doing fine - one day we just couldn't find him.
We now have a coral catfish - he's really cool and not nearly as shy as the blenny. I'm feeding him the same way - we got him on 11/14 I think. Did a water change that day too - all the water specs are still fine, mushrooms are everywhere.
Got Mom's tank too but won't be setting it up until Christmas break probably.
Fighting conch has died sometime between now and the last post, too.
