Hello my reef friends,
I am currently in-between tanks. I recently moved from the Twin Cities to Hong Kong. In the Twin Cities I had a 90 gallon mixed SPS/LPS/Sofie reef. Over the next few months, I will be setting up my new reef in my apartment in Hong Kong, which I will document here. I am still researching hardware, and have yet to decide on the size of the tank. Since I live by myself, and travel frequently, building a self-supporting reef will be key. One big advantage to Hong Kong is the cost of livestock, which is very cheap. hardware is a bit more expensive, but since I am not looking at a huge system, should be manageable. I hope to have the hardware situated soon after my next trip to the US in early June.
Ohhh, and I need to buy a new camera to document this project.
