I guess I'll start from the beginning........
A few years ago, my fiance and I got our first apartment together. It was in this old house, and the architecture was incredible!! We designed the living room with all antique furniture. The thought of a TV in there ruined the whole, hmmmm what's the word, nastalgic feel. So I thought to myself....A fishtank would look fantastic in here.
I set up a ten gallon tank and put 2 fancy goldfish in it. I encountered many problems and lost about 17 goldfish in the course of five months. Throughout this process, I started reading and learning all about the nitrogen cycle, fish diseases, compatability between species etc....
I got hooked (no pun intended)
Within the next year, I purchased a 2 gallon bubble gum machine fish bowl, a 5 gal hex, a 29 gal, and a 55 gal. When I moved, I found a great deal on another 29 gal kit and decided to give discus a try. In the meantime, seahorses peaked my interest, along with other SW fish.
Recently, I set up my first SW tank containing Seahorses and soft corals. I am extrememly pleased and am not stopping here. I am planning on purchasing a nice-sized reef tank and upgrading my Seahorse tank.

Since I started, I've sold some tanks and replaced them with bigger tanks.

I got new stuff I got new stuff
Some of you may know; Mustang Sally has crossed over to the next ocean. I am very sad, and so is Boris. They had 2 sets of babies together. Thankfully Boris took out an insurance policy..joke
So I went to the LFS........
They happened to have 1 female seahorse left. Same species, same color ( a little darker). I'm pretty happy. It's funny how things work out like that. Soooo here's pics.

Isn't she pretty!!!
