MINI 7-UPDATE: 07-12-06 Today I added a 36 watt Coarlife PC retro Fit to my canopy. As of now they are 50/50 but I am going to change them to full Actinics. I also added some foil to the front to keep the light from being seen from the front. I am thinking about adding an overflow and a sump within the next few weeks. Enjoy the pics.

MINI 7: UPDATE: 07-16-06 I bought a couple of SPS frags from webdr. They are great. I had to mount them onto rocks. It was my first time doing this. I ended up with 2 frags mounted in my tank. A few more smaller ones for trade or gifts. The 2 I kept are a Red Monti Cap and a Red Digi. I will post pics when the polyps open up.
Thanks

MINI 7 UPDATE: 07-17-06 Today I added my Kalk Drip and my first Green Acro. Everything is fine except that the Green Acro I bought has a little skeleton showing on one of his legs. I hope he will be ok. I will post pics tonight.
Thanks

MINI 7 UPDATE: 07-31-06 Today I was given a Green Slimmer frag from Mufret. It's great! I took the kalk drip off for now. I am going to try it again in the near future but I need a few more things to get it just right. So far this year I've learned alot about fragging, mounting and the husbandry of corals. I did a better job mounting the Slimmer than I have anything else. I will post pics some time this week!
-Today for the first time I was able to share some of my reef. I had to many Reef Hermits so I gave some away. It made me feel great! I can't wait to share some frags!!!!!!!!

MINI 7 UPDATE: 08-05-06 I had to frag my Green Slimer because It did not have enough flow and some of it was dying. So I went and bought an AC 110(AC 500) filter to use as both a HOB sump and filter. It worked great. I used half the white foam and a purigen bag in it. It looks great. I put the heater and temp sensor in the HOB sump too. I had to remove the pc lights in order to use the new filter. I am going to order a 13 or 20k bulb for it some time this month.
Equipment Update
-AC 110 HOB filter with purigen.
-DIY Canopy with a 10K 70 Watt MH and 2 Coarlife 4.75" fan kits. One Pulls and One Pushes.
-Neptune Heater
-Coarlife Thermometer
