Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I hope it is a safe and enjoyable day for you and your families!
Anyone that has some great recipes for leftover turkey, please send them my way as I think we'll have about 10lbs of extra turkey here!
Our neighbor landed on our doorstep the other night with a 12 lb turkey, potatoes, veggies, stuffing mix and pumpkin pie!! I don't think the girls, Keri and I are going to make much of a dent in it! Actually, the pie will probably disappear REAL fast! LOL

I'll see if I can steal my future-MIL's recipe for Turkey Tetrazinni. Talk about divine! 
I am cooking for 14 people this year, so my day starts at 7:00 am tomorrow morning! 
Dwight, I heard that the Cracker Barrel's would be open... I'm definitely considering that as an option for next year!
