I'm sorry I'm not very good at making eloquent statements (that was one of Keri's abililties) and right now my mind is just a jumble.
He definitely loved the saltwater/reefing hobby. He enjoyed our tanks as he found them very therapeutic during his long battle. I know that somedays watching the fish and corals move in the tanks calmed and relaxed him. They distracted him from the pain and the grim reality that he wouldn't get the chance to fulfill some of his dreams.
He enjoyed meeting and chatting with everyone here on TRT, and at the LFS(s). He loved learning from those more experienced and being able to pass along the knowledge and good advice to those newcomers that wanted to learn as well. He really did consider TRT and NFMAS members as part of his family.
