purple paly frag from the july meeting

I got some from you (I think) a while ago and they have spread some from 3 to about 7 they are purple with like a pink center some greenish fringe but not PPE's.They are larger paly's. Carrie

Yup, you did. I hav given them to you, ocnreef, znut reefer (claxton), and shipped some on monday to a fellow in ny. I have never charged for these, only looking to see if they will be a good bargaining chip for trades online. Mine have developed a two tone skirt, with both pink and green fingers.

They look very similar to a very expensive and "rare" paly on another site. I am just trying to get a better pic than I can take to compare to their pic.

Yes that is the ones I have with the 2 tone, they are on a shell. I am terrible with pictures though

Is the skirt on the frag I gave you two tone as well. Most of them have the two color skirt, some are brighter than others though.

those are very nice palys. Where did you pick those up from?

Long story short, I ordered them online thinking they were PPE's. The website had them listed as such at least. When they got here, they were definately not ppe's. Anyway, the colors really came out as time has gone by, and the two tone skirt is something that I didn't notice until recently. I have only seen one other person who has a paly that I thought were the same, but as of yesterday, his has only a green skirt. I do know these came from walt smith, out of fiji I believe. If they turn out to be a desired zoo, I will have to make sure the club members have frags floating around so I can get a backup if mine croak.
