Need Some Help

I brought 2 turbos and 2 blue leg hermit crabs. Then a week later I brought the same combo again. Now this week I went to my tank when I woke up yesterday like many of us do, and there seems to be another little snail on my glass. I did a head count and I have still a total of 4 turbos, and 4 blue legs. Did one of my snails have babies LOL.

It was more than likely a hitch hiker hanging out on your live rock when you got it. As time goes on you will find tons of small things that you did not know were in the tank.

Do you have live rock? A lot of the time there will be stowaway hitchhikers haha I once discovered a sea cucumber, many snails, one crab, and a brittle starfish all cruisin around one day.

Thats a Nassarius Snail They are great. They hide in the sand and pop up when you feed the tank. They eat left over food and are excellent for the tank (IMO)

I think I know where it came from. When i first set up my tank i got a couple scoops of sand from Lady Reef Neck to seed my bed, but that was about 2 months ago before I through in a un cooked shrimp to start my cycle??? This baffles me i guess I should be happy that I have another snail inside my tank.
