fungal infection??

My Naso looked fine yesterday but today I noticed one of her fins looks kind of yellowish and not so good. I looked online and found one pic of a fish with a fungal fin infection but not exactly like mine. I need to know what to do I've never had anything other than ich, and don't know where this came from.
