I make my own. They are so cheap and easy its disgusting. Assuming you have a sewing machine.
A local alteration shop can handle such a request if having or operating a sewing machine is not pheasable. They will only charge you a few dollars a pc. You can get the batting at wal-mart, hobby lobby, any craft section/store. Regular machines will sew it, you just have to know how to hold it to keep the batting from wrapping around the sewing foot. Just use 100 % polyester thread (won't disinigrate).
