With traffic and all, Normandy is alot faster to get too then dealing with Blanding and San Jose lol

Until 5:00 if they make it that late.

I won't be giving any of my money to them, even though I am sure I can get a great bargain. Getting a worthless gift card and shelling out $25 new membership fee for frequent buyer discount just days before they closed has given me a really bad taste in my mouth. Hmm... I am wondering tough... did they have any live rock or corals? What about their display/used tanks? Are they for sale. Wish I knoew someone inside!!!

Everything is for sale. The Beach Blvd store is the best stocked store as far as merchandise goes.
I feel you on the frequent buyer card, but w/the discount you get it more than makes up for it. The whole reason we went is for the Innova dog food can't beat the price with 50% off.

On a side note, it is really sad to see a business that has been around for 13-14 years get sold for pennies on the dollar.

I got a chance to drop in at the Normandy store today just before 5pm. They do still have alot of stuff left. They had some tanks, stands and canopies left for sale too. I heard one employee telling someone that they would be open until some time next week most likely.

No livestock at all. I believe it was all bought by Rob (Rob's Reef). As for the membership card, I feel the same way. I bought it two days before they closed.

Make sure you know your prices before you go.
I went to the Mandarin store and the price I was given on one of their tanks after the 50% was a normal price.
If they truly charged that original price it is no wonder they went out of business.

Definitely. That is one thing I never bought in AZ was a tank. And that was the reason. And yes, they truly charged those kind of original prices. I had them quote me (About 9 months ago), a 180 gallon system. Equipment only. No rocks, no fish, no corals, just sand on the bottom. 3000 dollars and that wasn't everything.

I was there Sunday and they did have a lot of bits and pieces left, 60% off. Last day is this Friday with auction of leftovers on Saturday.

There was a big sterilizer left but no idea of spec.
