Anthias changing color.. is this bad?

I have two anthias... the one that I think is the male ... just started changing it's color to purple this week..

The only thing I've done to the tank is to start testing the bulbs that Mike gave me to try out at the meeting ( liking teach's hamiltons btw ) ...

Had a hard time getting a good pic.. fast little booger...

Normal Anthias ( the one that hasn't changed color.. they both used to look like this ):

After color change:

That is a normal color for a male Lyretail. How long did the change over take??

He looked normal last Wednesday morning ... and I hadn't paid too much attention to the tank Wed/Thurs/Friday as I've been working a butt load of overtime ... but on Saturday morning I noticed all his fins had turned purple... now he looks like that...

So do they normally turn entirely purple then.. or will he retain some of the peach color?

Indeed, looks like it's become a male. I doubt it will retain any of the peach coloration.
