Another Identifying Question

I am noticing more and more these small white spots appearing on the glass and rocks. They are tough to scrap off but they can be removed. I was just wondering if they are bad or just an annoying problem.
Thanks

Most likely Spirorbid Worms. Looks like a white dot with a tiny swirl to it. The end is a minute feather duster. Beneficial but can be annoying when they cover everything.

Check here for a great id page.
