AC out on a hot summer day....

Well it is official, my AC has signed off and the AC man is coming by later to give me a quote on a new system. So what should I do about cooling? It is a 55gallon reef. I guess I should suspend the MH lights and only run the VHOs for a little. I dont have a chiller, so should I just place ice in bags and float them throughout the day? (A salesmen can have its advantages...) Thanks, Chris

Run fan across the top, place a bag of ice or put a frozen jug of water in the sump(if you have room).

Chris, don't sign the dotted line. I have two friends that work for Trane. If they're not too busy, they could do it for less. Your AC guy, does he do the ac on your "flip" houses? Also we have a drop in chiller that we can let you use. Come by the store or call.

Thanks John and Robert, Pat has one of his buddies coming by to help fix the AC unit. Also, thanks a million for letting me borrow that chiller.
