Prp Help On Breeding Rot Food For Clowns Please!!!

I have 10G ROTIFER TANK..I JUST BOUGHT SOME LIVE ROTS FOR MY ROT TANK..MY QUESTION IS.....IN A 10G TANK..HOW MUCH OF A WATER CHANGE DO I DO SO IT DOSENT CRASH?..I HEARD 33% EVERY day..then i heard 10% a day?

also..........how much DT'S do i add?....my lfs told me 10 drops every day

i just wanted a secend opinion since my lfs here are also new at breeding clowns and rotifers

one more thing............i have another 10g breeding tank, the eggs from the clown i just added the other night when i saw the silver eyes

once they hatch...how often should i do a water change in that tank?

I do a 1/3 water change everyday, and then every so often I start a new culture from the culture and get rid of the rest,
